Certificates
![]() | From August 1st 2025, the updated Property Law Act comes into effect, and this means the removal of the Disclosure Statement StrataMax and the StrataMax Portal and changes to Certificates produced from StrataMax for buildings managed in Queensland. These changes are released in StrataMax v5.6.134. Rental Certificate
![]() | A new Rental Certificate option is also available for all ACT clients in StrataMax v5.6.133. The Unit Titles Management Act 2011 requires all landlords to provide a rental certificate to tenants before a new or renewed lease for a unit or townhouse within a unit title complex in ACT. |
Levy Management
![]() | The first stage of the Levy Mangement refresh has been released in StrataMax v5.6.135. With this release includes the ability to create new levies manually or by budget; when produced by budget for the levy year being proposed/approved at an AGM, the periods are calculated based on your budgets and the default fields in Levy Invoice Code Setup. Task Management

Tasks can be associated with a building; where not associated to a building the task is considered an office task. |
Local Transactions
![]() | Introduced in StrataMax v5.6.92 (Nov 2023) Local Transactions is a powerful tool for searching, filtering, and exporting transactions with ease. Use to update tax code, invoice number, details, etc or even change code plus view an attached document from DocMax. From StrataMax v5.6.130 (May 2025), Transaction List has been simplified and uses Report Distribution, and can be used as a basic alternative to Local Transactions. |
