Tips for Interacting with the StrataMax Chatbot: To make the most of your interaction with the StrataMax Chatbot, we've provided some important tips for you to follow:
- Be Specific: For accurate responses, try to be as specific as possible when asking questions and keep the questions short. For more complex questions, break them up.
- Instead of asking, "How do I use StrataMax?" try, "How do I generate a financial report in StrataMax?"
- Instead of asking, "Why are work orders printing instead of emailing?" try, "In TaskMax in the Job Management window, when I click the Issue Job button, it prints immediately. What can I check to ensure they are emailed?"
- Include the module or screen: Tell the Chatbot which screen you are in and specific function you're using.
- Instead of "global report" try, "Search Buildings export all buildings by Account Manager to Excel."

- Include the output needed: Be specific with the required or desired output, report, or outcome.
- Instead of "levies due April" try, "Levy Generation Schedule report levies due in April and May across all buildings."

- Include the timeframe: Be specific with any timeframes, date ranges, etc.
- Instead of "old invoices" try, an extract of creditor invoices from the prior financial year, sorted by invoice date."
- Simple Language: While the Chatbot can understand complex queries, using simple and direct questions in plain English often yields better results.
- Instead of asking, "What are the various intricate steps to configure an email template?" try, "How do I set up an email template?"
- Use the 'Nope' button: If a more detailed or different explanation is required, click the 'Nope' button at the end of the initial answer.
- Ask differently: If you don't get the answer you need, try rephrasing the question. Or if you need more details on an answer, feel free to ask follow-up questions like "Where do I access that from?" or "Which icon should I search for to access that area?"
- Start Again: It's always best to start a fresh conversation when you want to ask the Chatbot separate questions. Simply click the white circular arrows (Start Again) icon at the top right of the chat window.
